To inaugurate, cultivate, and sustain assistance, whether monetary or in kind, towards hospitals, medical colleges, nursing institutions, dispensaries, maternity homes, child welfare centers, and akin establishments, all with the intent of affording underprivileged patients who lack the means access to these vital amenities.
